目的:探讨品管圈活动在糖尿病便秘患者中的应用效果。方法选择2014年3月—2015年8月在该院治疗的糖尿病便秘患者300例,分为实验组(150例)和对照组(150例)。对照组采用常规健康教育指导,实验组采用品管圈活动方法进行健康教育指导和护理干预。对患者干预前后的生活质量和便秘症状进行问卷调查和标准评估。结果与对照组相比,经过品管圈活动护理干预,实验组患者的生活质量提高,便秘症状得到有效缓解改善(P<0.05)。结论通过品管圈活动对糖尿病便秘患者进行护理干预,对患者的疾病治疗和临床推广都具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the application effect on the nursing of patients with diabetes constipation of quality con-trol circle activity. Methods From March in 2014 to August in 2015, 300 patients with diabetes constipation treated in our hospital were divided into the experimental group (150 cases) and the control group (150 cases). The control group was nursed using the conventional health education guidance, and the experimental group was nursed using the method of quali-ty control circle activity instruction for health education and nursing intervention. The life quality and constipation symp-toms of patients before and after the intervention were surveyed and evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, af-ter the nursing intervention of quality control circle activity instruction, the life quality and constipation symptoms of pa-tients in the experimental group were improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle activity nursing intervention has positive significance to the patients with diabetes constipation, and it is suitable for the clinical promotion.
