近年来，急诊医学作为一门新型的独立学科，其重要性得到广泛关注。院前急救是急诊医学体系的重要课题，对急发患者和突发意外状况的救援处理起着重要的作用。本文通过对金州区农村院前急救资源配置的现状进行调查分析，提出对策和建议，为合理配置院前急救资源提供参考依据。

In recent years,emergency medicine,as a new type of independent discipline,has received wide attention. Pre-hospital emergency is an important issue in the emergency medical system,which plays an important role in the handle of the rescue of emergent patients and emergent unexpected situations.In this paper,the author has made a sur-vey and analyzed the status of rural pre hospital emergency resource in Jinzhou District and put forward strategies and suggestion,so that to provide reference basis for rational allocation in the pre-hospital emergency care resources.
