构建一种新型膜污染控制技术———含氯水反冲洗工艺,以超滤膜分离技术为理论基础,考察加氯水反冲洗工艺对超滤膜压力变化情况,研究含氯水反冲洗对超滤膜污染的去除效能。结果表明:经过40个小时的运行超滤膜跨膜压差由初始时的39kPa增加至56kPa ,增加了近80%。随着周期加氯反冲洗跨膜压差以及运行通量逐渐得到恢复,表明低浓度含氯水反冲洗对腐殖酸造成的膜污染具有明显的清洗效果。

구건일충신형막오염공제기술———함록수반충세공예,이초려막분리기술위이론기출,고찰가록수반충세공예대초려막압력변화정황,연구함록수반충세대초려막오염적거제효능。결과표명:경과40개소시적운행초려막과막압차유초시시적39kPa증가지56kPa ,증가료근80%。수착주기가록반충세과막압차이급운행통량축점득도회복,표명저농도함록수반충세대부식산조성적막오염구유명현적청세효과。
A new type of membrane pollution control technology of chlorinated backwash water craft was built by using ultrafiltration membrane separation technology . We studied the effects of chlorinated water backwash process on ultrafiltration pressure changes , and expolred the ultrafiltration pollution removal efficiency by using chlorinated backwash water . The results show that membrane transmembrane pressure increased from the initial time 39kPa to 56kPa during the operation of the ultrafiltration for 40 hr .Transmembrane pressure and flux recovering operation with periodic backwashing by chlorine water ,it indicated that the low concentration of chlorine water backwashing membrane pollution to humic acid has obvious cleaning effect .
