妊娠期甲状腺疾病是常见的产科内分泌性疾病，可对孕产妇（流产、妊娠期贫血、胎盘早剥、子痫前期和产后出血）及胎儿（早产、低出生体重儿和新生儿呼吸窘迫）产生有害的影响。妊娠期特异性促甲状腺激素参考范围是对甲状腺疾病精确诊断和明确治疗的重要工具。在妊娠期，产前或产后对甲状腺功能的检查是很重要的，但关于在妊娠期间普遍筛查甲状腺功能这个观点持续存在着争论性。该文主要总结了妊娠期间甲状腺功能减退的大量临床研究进展，试图以最好的方法来诊断和治疗甲状腺功能减退。

Thyroid dysfunction during pregnancy is a common obstetric endocrine disease, which may do harm to pregnant women ( miscarriage, anemia in pregnancy, placental abruption, preeclampsia and postpartum hemorrhage) and fetus ( premature birth, low birth weight infants and neonatal respiratory distress) .Gestational age specific thyroid-stimulating hormone ( TSH) threshold is an important aid in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of thyroid dysfunction.During pregnancy, prenatal or postnatal examination of thyroid function is very important.However, universal screening thyroid function during pregnancy still persists debate.This article summarized amount of clinical researches on hypothyroid during pregnancy, and tried to describe the best way of diagnosis and treatment of it.
