为了研究角瓜籽淀粉的提取方法,本文通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了角瓜籽淀粉的最佳提取工艺.结果表明,最佳提取方式组合为固液比为1:30,碱液浓度为0. 06mol/L,提取温度为35℃,提取时间为60min,角瓜籽淀粉的得率为36. 61%.实验证明,本课题提取方法简便易行,提取出的角瓜籽淀粉纯度高,色泽雪白,为进一步研究角瓜籽淀粉特性和规模化生产角瓜籽淀粉奠定理论基础.

In order to study extraction method of Zucchini seed starch, the extraction process of Zucchini seed starch by single factor test and orthogonal test is studied and determined. The best extraction method for the combined solid-liquid ratio is 1:30. The alkali concentration was 0. 06 mol/L. The extraction tempera-ture is 35℃. The extraction time is 60 min. The starch extraction rate was 36. 61%. The experimental result show that the extraction method is simple and feasible and the starch extracted from zucchini seed was white and with high purity.
