目的 探讨心电图与心脏彩色多普勒超声在高血压心脏病中的诊断价值. 方法 选择2013年4月至2014年3月高血压心脏病患者100例为观察组,对其分别行心电图、心脏彩色多普勒超声检查,比较其阳性检出率. 选取同期行健康体检的100例正常人群为对照组,比较两组相关指标. 结果 100例高血压心脏病患者中,心脏彩色多普勒超声检出率为73.0%,心电图检出率为49.0%,二者比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.01 ). 另外,心脏彩色多普勒超声、心电图检查后均发现,两组左房内径、左房内径/主动脉根内径比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 心脏彩色多普勒超声相比心电图对高血压心脏病的敏感性、特异性更高,且左房内径/主动脉根内径可作为高血压心脏病诊断的特异指标.

목적 탐토심전도여심장채색다보륵초성재고혈압심장병중적진단개치. 방법 선택2013년4월지2014년3월고혈압심장병환자100례위관찰조,대기분별행심전도、심장채색다보륵초성검사,비교기양성검출솔. 선취동기행건강체검적100례정상인군위대조조,비교량조상관지표. 결과 100례고혈압심장병환자중,심장채색다보륵초성검출솔위73.0%,심전도검출솔위49.0%,이자비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.01 ). 령외,심장채색다보륵초성、심전도검사후균발현,량조좌방내경、좌방내경/주동맥근내경비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05). 결론 심장채색다보륵초성상비심전도대고혈압심장병적민감성、특이성경고,차좌방내경/주동맥근내경가작위고혈압심장병진단적특이지표.
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ECG and heart color Doppler ultra-sound on hypertensive heart disease .Methods From April 2013 to March 2014, 100 patients with hy-pertension heart disease were selected as the research group , the ECG, heart color ultrasound examina-tion were performed , the positive rate were compared .In 100 normal subjects and in the same period for health examination as control group , relevant indicators of the two groups were compared .Results A-mong the 100 cases of hypertensive heart disease , the detection rate of cardiac ultrasound was 73%, and 49%of the ECG 49%, the difference was significant ( P<0.01 ) .In addition , after echocardiography , electrocardiogram were found , the left atrial diameter and left atrial diameter/aortic root diameter of the two groups were significantly different ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The sensitivity , specificity of cardiac ultrasound is higher than ECG , and the left atrial diameter/aortic root diameter can be used as a specific index for the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease .
