目的探讨心电图与心脏彩色多普勒超声在高血压心脏病中的诊断价值. 方法选择2013年4月至2014年3月高血压心脏病患者100例为观察组,对其分别行心电图、心脏彩色多普勒超声检查,比较其阳性检出率. 选取同期行健康体检的100例正常人群为对照组,比较两组相关指标. 结果 100例高血压心脏病患者中,心脏彩色多普勒超声检出率为73.0%,心电图检出率为49.0%,二者比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.01 ). 另外,心脏彩色多普勒超声、心电图检查后均发现,两组左房内径、左房内径/主动脉根内径比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论心脏彩色多普勒超声相比心电图对高血压心脏病的敏感性、特异性更高,且左房内径/主动脉根内径可作为高血压心脏病诊断的特异指标.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ECG and heart color Doppler ultra-sound on hypertensive heart disease .Methods From April 2013 to March 2014, 100 patients with hy-pertension heart disease were selected as the research group , the ECG, heart color ultrasound examina-tion were performed , the positive rate were compared .In 100 normal subjects and in the same period for health examination as control group , relevant indicators of the two groups were compared .Results A-mong the 100 cases of hypertensive heart disease , the detection rate of cardiac ultrasound was 73%, and 49%of the ECG 49%, the difference was significant ( P<0.01 ) .In addition , after echocardiography , electrocardiogram were found , the left atrial diameter and left atrial diameter/aortic root diameter of the two groups were significantly different ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The sensitivity , specificity of cardiac ultrasound is higher than ECG , and the left atrial diameter/aortic root diameter can be used as a specific index for the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease .
