目的 探讨骨折椎垂直应力螺钉对胸腰椎椎体骨折的临床效果. 方法 选取2011年9月至2013年12月胸腰椎椎体骨折患者90例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组行传统双平面固定法治疗,实验组行骨折椎垂直应力螺钉内固定治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果. 结果 实验组患者术后伤椎高度、伤椎间隙高度、水平位移及Cobb角均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 采用骨折椎垂直应力螺钉对胸腰椎骨折患者进行内固定治疗,能够有效促进伤椎高度和位移的恢复,效果显著.

목적 탐토골절추수직응력라정대흉요추추체골절적림상효과. 방법 선취2011년9월지2013년12월흉요추추체골절환자90례,수궤분위실험조화대조조,대조조행전통쌍평면고정법치료,실험조행골절추수직응력라정내고정치료,대비량조환자적림상치료효과. 결과 실험조환자술후상추고도、상추간극고도、수평위이급Cobb각균명현우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05). 결론 채용골절추수직응력라정대흉요추골절환자진행내고정치료,능구유효촉진상추고도화위이적회복,효과현저.
Objective To investigate the effects of vertical stress fracture of vertebral screws on thoracic and lumbar fractures .Methods From Septemper 2011 to December 2013, 90 patients with tho-racolumbar fracture were selected , and were randomly divided into experiment group and control group . The control group was treated with Biplane fixed therapy ,the experiment group was treated with the verti-cal stress fracture of vertebral screw fixation , the clinical effects of the two groups of patients were com-pared.Results The postoperative vertebral height , vertebral space height , horizontal displacement and Cobb angle in experiment group were significantly better than those in the control group , the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Vertebral fractures using screws on the vertical stress in pa-tients with thoracolumbar fractures and internal fixation can effectively promote the vertebral height resto -ration and displacement , and the effect is significant .
