目的评价盐酸左氧氟沙星与甲磺酸左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效、不良反应及成本-效果.方法采用回顾性调查分析的方法,将符合入选条件的104例下呼吸道感染患者随机分成两组,分别静脉注射盐酸左氧氟沙星与甲磺酸左氧氟沙星,对盐酸左氧氟沙星与甲磺酸左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效、不良反应并运用成本效果分析法进行评价. 结果盐酸左氧氟沙星与甲磺酸左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染总有效率基本相同,分别为88.46%和90.38%(P>0.05),成本-效果比分别为4.39、4.65(P<0.05),不良反应发生率均为3.85%. 结论盐酸左氧氟沙星与甲磺酸左氧氟沙星均能有效地治疗下呼吸道感染,临床疗效和不良反应相仿,盐酸左氧氟沙星成本-效果比更低,为治疗下呼吸道感染的最佳方案.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect , adverse reaction and cost-effectiveness of levofloxacin hydrochloride and levofloxacin mesylate in the treatment of lower respiratory infection .Methods One hundred and four patients with lower respiratory infection were randomly divided into two groups , with intravenously fusion of levofloxacin hydrochloride and levofloxacin mesylate respectively .Their curative effects and the advise reactions were observed , mean-while both cost-effectiveness of them were evaluated by cost-effectiveness analysis .Results The effective rates of levoflox-acin hydrochloride and levofloxacin mesylate were 88.46%and 90.38%(P>0.05).The rates of the advise reaction was 3.85%for both.The cost-effectiveness ratio of Levofloxacin hydrochloride and levofloxacin mesylate for lower respiratory infection was 4.39 and 4.65 respectively (P<0.01).Conclusions Both of levofloxacin hydrochloride and levofloxacin mesylate can treat the lower respiratory infection effectively .The cost-effectiveness ratio of levofloxacin hydrochloride is low-er than that of levofloxacin mesylate .
