With the increasing number of silicon industrial parks were build in Yunnan, the problem of pollution caused by nonlin-ear load power quality in silicon industrial park is becoming more serious, power quality evaluation and management research is also getting more attention by all aspects of governance research. Based on the evaluation of the pollution caused by silicon industrial parks, this paper presents same rational control measures.
