目的 探讨慢性支气管炎呼吸内科综合治疗方法与治疗效果. 方法 选取襄垣县人民医院于2013年7月至2014年9月收治的140例慢性支气管炎患者,按照治疗方式将患者分为实验组与对照组,每组70例. 对照组采取一般治疗,实验组采取综合治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析. 结果 两组临床治疗8周后治疗效果明显改善,实验组临床改善程度以及治疗中并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05 ). 结论 临床给予慢性支气管炎患者综合治疗能够提高治疗效果,减少治疗中并发症发生率,值得在临床中推广.

Objective To investigate the method and curative effect of respiratory medicine comprehensive treat -ment on chronic bronchitis .Methods One hundred and forty patients with chronic bronchitis from July 2013 to September 2014 were selected , they were divided into experiment group and control group in accordance with the treatment , and with 70 patients in each group .Patients in control group were given the general treatment , and patients in experiment group were given the comprehensive treatment , the curative effects of two groups were compared .Results After 8 weeks treatment , the curative effect of the two groups was improved obviously .Compared with the control group , the curative effect was better and the incidence of complications were lower in experiment group , the differences were significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclu-sions Taking comprehensive treatment in patients with chronic bronchitis , can improve the therapeutic effect , reduce the treatment complications , so it is worthy of promotion in clinics .
