针对传统的红外成像技术难以有效、 及时、 准确地检测出由于电压制热导致的变电站设备缺陷问题. 本文对比分析了基于可见光与红外热成像技术的优缺点, 设计了基于动态实时红外热成像技术的变电站设备在线监测系统, 通过数字动态双通道红外热像仪及360°?n云台固定安装方式, 配合光纤传输, 能将所有监控到的数据实时传输到变电站的监控室, 真正实现了有效、 实时、 准确的设备故障监测与数据传输.

For traditional infrared imaging technology, it is difficult to find out detection of voltage substation of heating due to e-quipment defects effectively, timely and accurately. This paper bases on comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the visible and infrared thermal imaging technology, designed the substation equipment on-line monitoring system based on dynamic real-time infrared heat imaging technology, through dynamic dual-channel digital infrared camera and 360 ° ?n PTZ fixed instal-lation, with fiber optic transmission, transferring all monitoring real-time data to the control room of transmission substation, to a-chieve the inspection of equipment failure and the transferring of data effectively, timely, accurately.
