This paper presents the power IT Customer Satisfaction Based on AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment System, using AHP to determine the evaluation index weight. The use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for power IT customer satisfaction on many factors, but also to retain all the information at all levels of evaluation, the evaluation results can easily be translated into concrete real value, solve difficult to accurately define evaluation issue.
