目的 研究B超引导下经皮肾镜气道联合超声碎石术在无积水肾结石中的应用价值. 方法 对南阳市第一人民医院260例无积水肾结石患者采取经皮肾镜气道联合超声碎石术治疗方式,分析手术次数、手术时间、结石清除率,以研究B超下联合治疗方式的可行性. 结果 一期碎石术249例,二期手术11例. 单一通道取石241例,两通道19例,手术时间74~135(85.11 ±12.51)min,血红蛋白下降超过90 g/L 6例,1周后对所有患者进行复查,共234例完成结石清除,清除率为93.98%(234/260). 结论 B超下经皮肾镜气道联合超声碎石术治疗无积水肾结石安全、疗效可靠、方便,具有较高的临床应用价值.

Objective To study the application value of percutaneous nephrolithotomy airway under B ultrasound combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy on renal calculi without hydronephrosis .Methods Two hundred and sixty cases of re-nal calculi without hydronephrosis were taken percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy , the opera-tion time, stone free rate, study the feasibility of B-mode ultrasonography combined therapy mode was analyzed .Results Two hundred and forty-nine cases of one stage lithotripsy , 11 cases of two stage operation .Single channel to take stones in 241 cases, 19 cases of two channels , the operation time was 74-135 min, the average ( 85.11 ±12.51 ) min, 6 patients of hemoglobin decreased less than 90g/L, review of all patients after 1 week, 234 cases of complete stone clearance, the clearance rate was 93.98% (234/260 ) .Conclusions Percutaneous nephrolithotomy airway under B ultrasound combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy for renal calculi without hydronephrosis is safe , reliable and convenient , has high value in clinical application .
