基于农民工生活结构的分析,把农民工放置于由流出地和流入地共同构成的场域中,建构了由"流出地脱嵌"和"流入地嵌入"两个维度构成的分类框架,把农民工分为两栖群体、移民群体、打工群体、无根群体四种类型;不同类型的农民工之间存在着复杂的转化路径,无根群体的日益增长是城乡二元结构屏障引起社会流动渠道梗塞的结果,极具消长、变动与转化的张力;通过制度变迁引导农民工转型是一个重大的理论与实践问题,其思路在于疏通移民群体的增长路径和无根群体的消解路径.

Based on the analysis of rural migrant workers living structures, the paper places rural mi-grant workers on the field composed of the outflow and inflow, and constructs a classification framework that includes two dimensions:"inflow-embedding" and "outflow-disembedding". Rural migrant workers are divided into floating groups, no-root groups, immigrant groups, and amphibious groups. There are some complex transformation paths between those four groups. The growing of no-root groups is the result of so-cial mobility channels barriers caused by urban-rural dual structure, there are great tensions of dynamics, change and transformation. How to guide the transformation of rural migrant workers through institutional change is a major theoretical and practical issues.
