目的 探讨血常规数据挖掘在白血病初筛过程中的应用效果. 方法 对急性组、慢性组白血病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床实验室检验人员按相关操作规程完成两组患者血常规检验工作,将所得资料进行统计学分析后得出结论. 结果 急性组白细胞计数上升率为66.67%,显著低于慢性组的84.38%;急性组红细胞计数下降率为91.67%,显著高于慢性组的53.13%;急性组血小板计数下降率高达91.67%,而慢性组则高达93.75%. 以上结果对比差异均具有统计学意义( P<0.05 ). 结论 临床医生应准确掌握白血病血常规检验结果相关特征,对疑似病例及时给予各项临床检查确诊病情,提高白血病检出率,使患者及时获得正确治疗,保障其生活质量及生命安全.

Objective To investigate the effect of hemogram data mining blood on leukemia screening process . Methods The clinical data of leukemia patients in acute group and chronic group were retrospectively analyzed , and the blood test work were completed by laboratory designated personnel with expertise and experience in accordance with the rel -evant rules , and the resulting data were statistically analyzed to give the conclusions .Results The incidence of increased white blood cell count (66.67%) in acute group was significantly lower than that of the chronic group (84.38%).The in-cidence of decreased red blood cell count (91.67%) in acute group was significantly higher than that of the chronic group (53.13%).The platelet count drops rate in acute group was 91.67%, which was significantly lower than that of the chro-nic group (93.75%).Conclusions Clinicians should accurately grasp the relevant features of leukemia blood test re-sults, for suspected cases , promptly given the clinical examination , and improve the detection rate of leukemia , so that pa-tients get the right treatment in time to protect their quality of life and safety .
