目的：探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合四磨汤治疗儿童厌食症患者疗效及对食欲调节因子的影响。方法选择收治儿童厌食症患者78例，随机分为联合组（ n＝39例）和对照组（ n＝39例）。两组患儿均予以调整饮食及纠正不良饮食习惯等基础治疗。联合组患儿加用双歧杆菌三联活菌散（双歧杆菌三联活菌散1．0g／次，3次／d，温开水冲服）联合四磨汤（10mL／次，3次／d，温服）治疗，对照组患儿单纯加用四磨汤（10mL／次，3次／d，温服）治疗，疗程均为8周。检测并比较两组患儿治疗前后血清胃动素（ MTL）和P物质（ SP）水平，并评估其临床疗效。结果治疗8周后，两组患儿血清MTL和SP水平较前明显上升（联合组t值分别为2．92、3．25，对照组t值分别为2．29、2．42，均P＜0．05），且联合组治疗后血清MTL和SP水平较对照组更高（t值分别2．33、2．41，P＜0．05）；同时临床总有效率方面联合组患儿（94．87％）优于对照组（79．49％），差异具有统计学意义（χ2＝4．13，P＜0．05）。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合四磨汤治疗儿童厌食症患者疗效明显优于单用四磨汤治疗，能明显改善患儿的厌食症状，其机制可能与其能升高血清食欲调节因子MTL和SP水平，提高患儿食欲密切相关。

목적：탐토쌍기간균삼련활균산연합사마탕치료인동염식증환자료효급대식욕조절인자적영향。방법선택수치인동염식증환자78례，수궤분위연합조（ n＝39례）화대조조（ n＝39례）。량조환인균여이조정음식급규정불량음식습관등기출치료。연합조환인가용쌍기간균삼련활균산（쌍기간균삼련활균산1．0g／차，3차／d，온개수충복）연합사마탕（10mL／차，3차／d，온복）치료，대조조환인단순가용사마탕（10mL／차，3차／d，온복）치료，료정균위8주。검측병비교량조환인치료전후혈청위동소（ MTL）화P물질（ SP）수평，병평고기림상료효。결과치료8주후，량조환인혈청MTL화SP수평교전명현상승（연합조t치분별위2．92、3．25，대조조t치분별위2．29、2．42，균P＜0．05），차연합조치료후혈청MTL화SP수평교대조조경고（t치분별2．33、2．41，P＜0．05）；동시림상총유효솔방면연합조환인（94．87％）우우대조조（79．49％），차이구유통계학의의（χ2＝4．13，P＜0．05）。결론쌍기간균삼련활균산연합사마탕치료인동염식증환자료효명현우우단용사마탕치료，능명현개선환인적염식증상，기궤제가능여기능승고혈청식욕조절인자MTL화SP수평，제고환인식욕밀절상관。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus powder combining decoction of four-drug juice on anorexic children and its influence on appetite regulation factors.Methods Totally 78 cases of anorexic children were selected and randomly divided into combined group ( n=39 ) and control group ( n=39 ) .Two groups were given basic medical treatment, such as diet adjustment, correction of poor eating habits.The combined group was additionally given live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus powder (1.0g per time, three times a day with warm boiled water) combining with decoction of four-drug juice (10ml per time, three times a day with warm boiled water) for a course of 8 weeks, while the control group was provided with decoction of four-drug juice (10ml per time, three times a day with warm boiled water).The serum MTL and SP levels of children in two groups were detected and compared before and after medical treatment, and the clinical curative effect was evaluated as well.Results After 8-week medical treatment, serum MTL and SP levels of children in two groups rose obviously than before ( tcombined group value was 2.92 and 3.25, respectively, tcontrol group value was 2.29 and 2.42, respectively, all P<0.05), and the levels in the combined group were much higher than those in the control group (t value was 2.33 and 2.41, respectively, both P<0.05).Meanwhile, total clinical efficiency of children in the combined group (94.87%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (79.49%) (χ2 =4.13,P<0.05) .Conclusion Compared with decoction of four-drug juice, live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus powder combining decoction of four-drug juice has more favorable curative effect on anorexic children, which can obviously improve anorexic symptom, and the possible mechanism might be raising serum appetite regulation factors MTL and SP levels to enhance appetite of children.
