目的 探究糖尿病合并高血压患者应采取的治疗方法和效果. 方法 选取2013年8月—2014年7月收治的61例糖尿病合并高血压患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组36例患者选择纳催离和洛汀新的治疗,对照组25例患者采取常规的降压、降糖治疗,观察两组患者治疗后身体指标的改善. 结果 实验组治疗有效率为94.44%,对照组治疗有效率为84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者虽然存在一定的不良反应,但在干预后恢复正常,且两组患者在不良反应的发生率上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论 糖尿病合并高血压患者在常规治疗的基础上采用纳催离和洛汀新的治疗,能够使血脂和血糖都恢复到正常指标,效果显著,不会对身体造成较大损害,安全性高,值得推荐.

Objective To explore the method and effect of the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Selection Methods August 2013-2014 July from 61 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension patients were treated, were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group 36 patients selected nano catalyst and Lotensin treatment and the control group of 25 patients to take a conventional antihypertensive, antidiabetic treatment, observe the improvement in health indicators after treatment in two groups of patients. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 94.44%, the effective rate of the control group was 84%, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Two groups of patients, although there are some adverse reactions, but after the intervention returned to normal and two groups of patients with adverse reactions occurrence rate is also no differences in, no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension on the basis of conventional treatment by nano reminders from and Lotensin treatment, can make the blood sugar, blood fat, and recovered to the normal index, significant effect, not to the body caused greater damage, high safety, worthy of recommendation.
