通过对土壤、灌溉水和蔬菜样品的检测获取农药残留和重金属含量数据，将蔬菜质量安全预警划分为红、黄、绿3个等级，系统采用B/S结构，构建了基于GIS的蔬菜质量安全追溯预警系统，对检测数据自动进行预警等级判定并发布预警信息。南宁市蔬菜质量安全追溯预警系统结合了农药残留实时预警和重金属长效预警，更好地提供了预警信息，对保障蔬菜质量安全、加强蔬菜质量安全监管都有着重要意义。
