目的：探讨氯吡格雷与小剂量尿激酶联合治疗急性进展性脑梗死的临床效果。方法70例急性进展性脑梗死患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组35例。两组均给予常规治疗，在此基础上观察组给予氯吡格雷联合小剂量尿激酶治疗，对照组单纯给予氯吡格雷治疗。评定两组神经功能缺损和日常生活活动能力评分及两组的疗效。结果治疗后观察组神经功能缺损和日常生活活动能力评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率94.3%高于对照组74.3%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论氯吡格雷与小剂量尿激酶联合治疗急性进展性脑梗死疗效显著，值得借鉴。

목적：탐토록필격뢰여소제량뇨격매연합치료급성진전성뇌경사적림상효과。방법70례급성진전성뇌경사환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조35례。량조균급여상규치료，재차기출상관찰조급여록필격뢰연합소제량뇨격매치료，대조조단순급여록필격뢰치료。평정량조신경공능결손화일상생활활동능력평분급량조적료효。결과치료후관찰조신경공능결손화일상생활활동능력평분여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조총유효솔94.3%고우대조조74.3%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조환자균미발생엄중불량반응。결론록필격뢰여소제량뇨격매연합치료급성진전성뇌경사료효현저，치득차감。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by clopidogrel combined with small dose of urokinase in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 70 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment, and the observation group received additional treatment by clopidogrel combined with small dose of urokinase, while the control group received additional clopidogrel alone for treatment. Evaluation was made on neurologic impairment, activities of daily living score, and curative effects in the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had statistically significant differences of neurologic impairment and activities of daily living scores with the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had higher total effective rate as 94.3% than 74.3% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Both groups had no severe adverse reactions. Conclusion Combination of clopidogrel and small dose of urokinase provides precise effect in treating acute progressive cerebral infarction, and it is worth referring.
