钢沉井先由单元件组焊成块体,再由块体组焊成首节段,最后通过块体逐层接高组合形成大节段。钢沉井制作需重点控制结构外形尺寸、纵横及水平基准线、壁板和隔舱板焊缝密闭性。制作完成的钢沉井大节段转运至大型运输船,经水上运输至相应桥址墩位,通过大型浮吊吊装就位,并对上、下大节段整体焊接接高,形成大节段。在制作过程中严格控制质量,取得较好效果,可供同类工程借鉴。

강침정선유단원건조한성괴체,재유괴체조한성수절단,최후통과괴체축층접고조합형성대절단。강침정제작수중점공제결구외형척촌、종횡급수평기준선、벽판화격창판한봉밀폐성。제작완성적강침정대절단전운지대형운수선,경수상운수지상응교지돈위,통과대형부조조장취위,병대상、하대절단정체한접접고,형성대절단。재제작과정중엄격공제질량,취득교호효과,가공동류공정차감。
ABSTRACT:Steel caisson was firstly made up from unit plates which were assembled into blocks,then the blocks were installed and welded to form the first segment.Finally,the large segment was formed by layer-by-layer height addition of blocks.The key points of the fabrication of steel caisson are the control of structure outline dimension, horizontal and longitudinal base lines as well as the leakproofness of the welding lines between wallboards and shifting boards.The fabricated large segments of steel caisson will be transported to large transport ships and shipped to the relevant piers.The steel caisson will be lifted in position by large floating crane and the small segments will be welded layer-by-layer into large segments so as to increase height.Good results have been achieved by strict quality control in the manufacturing process,which could provide a reference to the simliar projects.
