目的：探讨神经妥乐平联合普瑞巴林治疗丘脑痛的临床疗效。方法64例丘脑痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，各32例，对照组在常规脑卒中二级预防基础上给予普瑞巴林治疗，治疗组则在对照组基础上加用神经妥乐平，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均较治疗前降低，治疗组降低更明显；治疗组治愈率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经妥乐平联合普瑞巴林治疗丘脑痛疗效更显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토신경타악평연합보서파림치료구뇌통적림상료효。방법64례구뇌통환자수궤분성치료조화대조조，각32례，대조조재상규뇌졸중이급예방기출상급여보서파림치료，치료조칙재대조조기출상가용신경타악평，관찰량조환자적림상료효。결과량조적시각모의평분(VAS)균교치료전강저，치료조강저경명현；치료조치유솔고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론신경타악평연합보서파림치료구뇌통료효경현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by neurotropin combined with pregabalin in the treatment of thalamic pain. Methods A total of 64 patients with thalamic pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received pregabalin on the basis of conventional secondary stroke prevention, and the treatment received another additional treatment by neurotropin. Clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results Both groups had decreased visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, comparing with those before treatment, and the treatment group had more obvious decreased score. Moreover, the treatment group had higher cure rate than the control group. Their differences all had had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of neurotropin and pregabalin provides precise effect in treating thalamic pain, and this method is worth clinical promotion and application.
