In accordance with the characteristics of gas polymerization technique and reactor system, advanced process control (APC) technique can realize the closed loop control for process reaction system through integrated reaction control package. In this way, the optimizations of product discharge, production duration, resin quality class, change of product name, product uniformity and unit energy consumption were realized.
