针对超大型结构钢结构底板大体量灌浆技术进行研究。首先分析大体量灌浆施工的重难点，并提出大体量灌浆施工的技术要点。在此基础上，结合北京某超大型钢结构底板二次灌浆施工，总结大体量二次灌浆的施工流程。提出的施工流程具有较好的应用效果，可为同类工程的底板灌浆施工过程提供参考。
침대초대형결구강결구저판대체량관장기술진행연구。수선분석대체량관장시공적중난점，병제출대체량관장시공적기술요점。재차기출상，결합북경모초대형강결구저판이차관장시공，총결대체량이차관장적시공류정。제출적시공류정구유교호적응용효과，가위동류공정적저판관장시공과정제공삼고。
ABSTRACT:The study of large-size grouting technology for oversized structural base slabs was introduced in this paper.The key and difficult points of lager-size grouting were analyzed firstly,and then some technical points were proposed.Combined with the construction progress of secondary grouting for a mega structure in Beijing,the construction progress of lager-size secondary grouting works was summarized.The proposed construction process is of good effectiveness and highvalue of application,which can provide a reference for the similar projects.
