将4种不同高效微生物菌剂投加到序批式反应器(简称SBR)进行生物强化,考察微生物菌剂对废水中COD的去除效果,从中筛选出最优菌剂并对其降解特性进行研究. 结果表明,生物强化系统运行稳定后,投加微生物菌剂DH-08对废水中COD的去除效果最好,平均去除率为72.8%,与未投加微生物菌剂的对照组相比(去除率为50.6%),处理效率得到明显提高,且耐冲击负荷能力强.菌剂DH-08降解废水的最适条件:pH值为7.0,接种量为5%.DH-08菌剂在连续处理化工园区废水时可获得连续稳定的效果,且出水水质满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准,为菌剂DH-08的工程化应用奠定了基础.

The effectiveness of bioaugmentation in aerobic treatment was evaluated in a sequencing batch reactor (SBR), which was augmented with four efficient microbial agent, to investigate the capability of COD removal, select the best strain and then study its degradation characteristics. The results showed that the average degradation COD with addition of the strain DH-08 was 72.8%, which was higher than the control experiment(50.6%) without addition of microorganisms. The ability to resist shock loading was also strengthened in the bio-augmented SBR system. The optimum pH and inoculums for degradation by strain DH-08 were 7.0 and 5%resepectively. The water quality of effluent could meet the demands of the integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978—1996). This will provide the foundation for the engineering application of the strain DH-08.
