高等教育大众化背景下,随着生源素质的不断下滑,高职院校学风建设面临着严峻的挑战,影响到人才培养的质量.要想提升学风建设的成效,高职院校必须进行人才培养模式改革,推行个性化培养模式.本文在阐述个性化培养模式内涵的基础上,分析了当前高职院校推行个性化培养模式面临的阻碍,从而提出通过理念更新、制度建设、资源配套和教学改革等途径加快推进个性化培养模式.

Under the background of popularization of higher education and declining quality of students, the construction of academic atmosphere in higher vocational schools is facing severe challenges, and the quality of talent cultivation is affected. In order to improve the effect of the construction of academic atmosphere, higher vocational schools must carry out the reform of personnel training mode and implement the individualized training mode. On the basis of elaborating the connotation of individualized training mode, this paper analyzes the obstacles that higher vocational colleges face in the implementation of the individualized training mode. It proposes that higher vocational colleges accelerates the promotion of personalized training mode through the idea of renewal, system construction, resource matching and teaching reform.
