目的 探讨PDCA循环法在降低医院感染病例漏报率中的应用效果. 方法 采用PDCA循环法对医院感染病例漏报进行管理. 采用自身前后对照的方法对运用PDCA之后的感染病例漏报率与运用之前进行比较,观察运用前后的病例漏报情况变化. 结果 运用PDCA管理工具后,医院感染病例漏报率由21. 73%下降到4. 60%,且差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05). 结论 PDCA管理工具的应用,能降低医院感染病例漏报率,进而提高医院感染管理控制水平,值得在临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the application effect of PDCA circulation method in the reduction of non-response rates of hospital in-fection cases. Methods Using PDCA circulation method to supervise and control the non-response rates of hospital infection, the change of non-response rates of hospital infection cases before and after the application of PDCA circulation method was comprised. Results com-pared with the non-use of PDCA circulation method, after applying PDCA management tool, the non-response rates of hospital infection ca-ses reduce from 21. 73% to 4. 60% (P < 0. 05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of the PDCA man-agement tool, which can reduce the non-response rates of hospital infection cases and improve the control level of hospital infection, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
