对某药厂因产能扩大导致出水量增加,沉淀池改造问题进行了分析,提出了解决方案,根据提出的解决方案分别试验其实际效果,选出了改平流沉淀池为斜板沉淀池的方法作为改进方法,计算出了适应本项目需要的斜板倾角等参数,提出了平流沉淀池改斜板沉淀池的注意事项。

The water discharge in one plant became larger in view of expansion of production capacity. The problem in the reform of sedimentation tank was analyzed, and then some solving measures were proposed. With these measures the tests were carried out so as to check their effects, from which the scheme of using tilted plate to replace lfat plate in tank was selected. The proper tilt angle was calculated, and the notices in the reform with replace of titled plate to lfat one were presented.
