以叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)为氧化剂,以自制的磷钼复合物为催化剂,催化双环烯酯环氧化生成二环氧化物.采用XRD和SEM等手段对催化剂进行表征.结果表明,Mo复合物+HPW催化剂在催化双环烯酯环氧化生成二环氧化物的反应中展现出较好的催化活性.在无溶剂,叔丁基过氧化氢为氧化剂,Mo复合物+HPW为催化剂时,105℃反应2.5 h,双环烯酯的转化率为98.6%,双环氧化物的选择性为90.1%.

Using tert-butyl hydroperoxide(TBHP)as the oxidant and selfmade phosphorus molybdenum compound as the catalyst,bicycloalkenyl ester can be epoxidized to diepoxide. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD and SEM. The results showed that phosphorus molybdenum composite catalysts had good catalytic activity on the epoxidation of bicycloalkenyl ester. In the absence of a solvent ,t-butyl hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant,Mo complex+HPW as the catalyst,the reaction time controlled to 2.5 h at 105℃,the conversion of bicycloalkenyl ester was 98.6%and the selectivity of diepoxide was 90.1%.
