In this paper, the process, equipment layout and key points in design of piping for the initiator system in LDPE plant were introduced. The key points of process、plant layout and piping design were given. Though the description of the initiator system design key points and the comparison of initiator pump value panel piping plans, the process requirement was realized, at the same time to optimize design, operate convenitent, reduce the safe hidden trouble.
