文章对SCADA系统常用安全评估方法进行了介绍,选取可靠性框图(RBD)方法对霍尔果斯压气站SCADA系统进行了评估,并得出了结论:霍尔果斯压气站主控系统可靠性较高,基本满足要求,第三方控制系统可靠性相对较低,在一定程度上影响了系统整体安全性。

The paper makes a preliminary analysis of several safety assessment methods for SCADA System. And the paper evaluates safety of SCADA System in Khorgos Compressor Station using Reliability Block Diagrams ( RBD). We conclude that the Main Control System in Khorgos Compressor Station has a high reliability, which meets the requirements. However, the reliability of the control system supplied by third party is not as high as Main Control System, which can affect the safety of the overall system.
