目的：研究杨梅素诱导宫颈癌HeLa细胞凋亡作用，并观察其形态学变化及凋亡相关蛋白的表达。方法体外培养宫颈癌HeLa细胞分为0、50、100、150 mg／L共4组，以观察杨梅素对宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖率的影响。光镜观察不同浓度杨梅素对HeLa细胞生长的影响；共聚焦显微镜观察HeLa细胞核的形态变化及凋亡相关蛋白表达。结果与不加药物组相比，给予不同浓度的杨梅素导致HeLa细胞增殖率明显下降，出现凋亡形态学改变及凋亡相关蛋白active caspase-3表达增加。结论杨梅素引起HeLa细胞凋亡，且呈剂量依赖性。
목적：연구양매소유도궁경암HeLa세포조망작용，병관찰기형태학변화급조망상관단백적표체。방법체외배양궁경암HeLa세포분위0、50、100、150 mg／L공4조，이관찰양매소대궁경암HeLa세포증식솔적영향。광경관찰불동농도양매소대HeLa세포생장적영향；공취초현미경관찰HeLa세포핵적형태변화급조망상관단백표체。결과여불가약물조상비，급여불동농도적양매소도치HeLa세포증식솔명현하강，출현조망형태학개변급조망상관단백active caspase-3표체증가。결론양매소인기HeLa세포조망，차정제량의뢰성。
Objective To investigate the HeLa cell apoptosis induced by myricetin and observe its morphological changes as well as the expression of apoptosis related protein .Methods Human cervical cancer HeLa cell line was cultured in vitro and divided into following groups:control group and myricetin group (0,50,100,150 μg/mL).The optical microscope was used to observed the effect of myricetin on the growth of HeLa cells .The morphological changes of the HeLa cell nucleus and the expression of apoptosis related protein were examined under confocal microscope . Results Compared with the control group ,the proliferation rate presents an apparent decrease in the different con-centrations myricetin group .The apoptosis morphological changes appeared and the expression of apoptosis related pro -tein active caspase-3 increased .Conclusion Myricetin induces apoptosis of HeLa cells in a dose dependent manner .
