目的:研究针刺造影P-糖蛋白抑制抗胃肠肿瘤耐药作用,为胃肠肿瘤患者的康复治疗提供药物辅助治疗方案.方法:选择相关指标进行测试,采用小肠X射线气钡双重对比造影、纤维小肠镜、肠系膜上动脉造影等方法进行抑制抗胃肠肿瘤耐药作用评估.结果:以[P<0.05]为差异均表示统计学上的显著性差异特征.观测指标包括胃肠分泌的6-乙酸苄酯己内酯、PEO链段上亚甲基氢,采用LOAD?max对比,与P<0.05和P<0.01.分析得出DP,PP,MAP的显著性差异P<0.05,统计结果显示,在肿瘤半衰期代谢时间为20~30 h,得出患者的抗药变性检测形态变化曲线.结论:通过针刺造影P-糖蛋白抑制抗胃肠肿瘤耐药性作用分析,患者的胃肠肿瘤块缩小,可以有效提高患者的免疫能力,降低赖药性,提高抵抗力,促进患者康复.

Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of acupuncture contrast P-glycoprotein anti gastrointestinal tumor mul-tidrug resistance, provide auxiliary treatment for the rehabilitation of drug treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients. Methods:Select the relevant indicators test, determination of protein kinase activity, using X-ray gas barium double con-trast, fiber endoscopy, superior mesenteric artery angiography and other methods to inhibit effect of anti gastrointestinal tu-mor resistance evaluation. Results:In the differences were significant difference statistics feature. The observation indexes include gastrointestinal secretion of 6-benzyl acetate caprolactone, PEO chain section methylene hydrogen, the statistical results show, in the tumor metabolic half-life time is 20~30 hours, draw the curve of drug resistance detection of morpholog-ical changes of patients with degeneration. Conclusion:Through the acupuncture contrast P-glycoprotein inhibition analy-sis effect of anti gastrointestinal tumor drug resistance, reduce gastrointestinal block tumor patients, can effectively improve the patients immune ability, reduced drug dependency, enhance the resistance, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
