目的:研究一种采用抗病原性真菌药物治疗的方法,实现对肠道微生态失衡的诊疗和关联性问题分析,为临床消化内科和肠道疾病提供依据.方法:基于概率分布特性,检验水准α=0.05认为合理,得到抗病原性真菌的I型含有CagA和VacA基因并表达两种蛋白,患者肠道功能低下时,对影响肠道TSH进行抑制,用表面活性剂溶解蛋白脂质体,在提取的肠道功能测定样本中进行微生态失衡关联分析.结果:采取配对t检验,得到抗病原性真菌的活性相当于变形杆菌的400倍,将阳性抗病原性真菌分离物质采集样本梯度稀释为10倍、100倍、150倍、250倍、500倍、1000倍按照上述检测步骤进行操作,抗病原性真菌检测pH在6.5~7.8范围,肠道微生态失衡者的外周血白细胞计数<4×109/L,肠道微生态失衡者的外周血白细胞计数>10×109/L,有效抑制了肠道微生态失衡.结论:采用该方法能有效实现对肠道微生态失衡抑制,实现定量分析,对预防和治疗肠道疾病具有重要的临床价值.
目的:研究一種採用抗病原性真菌藥物治療的方法,實現對腸道微生態失衡的診療和關聯性問題分析,為臨床消化內科和腸道疾病提供依據.方法:基于概率分佈特性,檢驗水準α=0.05認為閤理,得到抗病原性真菌的I型含有CagA和VacA基因併錶達兩種蛋白,患者腸道功能低下時,對影響腸道TSH進行抑製,用錶麵活性劑溶解蛋白脂質體,在提取的腸道功能測定樣本中進行微生態失衡關聯分析.結果:採取配對t檢驗,得到抗病原性真菌的活性相噹于變形桿菌的400倍,將暘性抗病原性真菌分離物質採集樣本梯度稀釋為10倍、100倍、150倍、250倍、500倍、1000倍按照上述檢測步驟進行操作,抗病原性真菌檢測pH在6.5~7.8範圍,腸道微生態失衡者的外週血白細胞計數<4×109/L,腸道微生態失衡者的外週血白細胞計數>10×109/L,有效抑製瞭腸道微生態失衡.結論:採用該方法能有效實現對腸道微生態失衡抑製,實現定量分析,對預防和治療腸道疾病具有重要的臨床價值.

Objective:To study a method of using against pathogenic fungi of the drug treatment, analysis of the realization on intestinal microflora imbalance treatment and relevance problem, provide the basis for clinical department of internal medicine and intestinal diseases. Methods: Dissolved in deionized water and sizing, continuous and dynamic monitoring by plasma emission spectroscopy. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS12.0 software, intestinal function in patients with low, suppression effects on intestinal TSH, surfactant protein dissolved liposomes and determination of samples micro ecological imbalance correlation analysis in extraction of intestinal function. Results: Take the paired t test, obtained against pathogenic fungi activity is equivalent to 400 times of Proteus strains, the positive against pathogenic fungi isolation material collected samples of gradient dilution of 10 times, 100 times, 150 times, 250 times, 500 times, 1000 times in accor-dance with the detection procedure, against pathogenic fungi detection pH 6.5~7.8, white blood cell count<4×109/L in pe-ripheral blood intestinal micro ecological imbalance, white blood cell count>10×109/L in peripheral blood intestinal micro ecological imbalance, effectively inhibit the intestinal micro ecological imbalance. Conclusion:The method can effectively realize on intestinal microflora imbalance suppression, realize quantitative analysis has important clinical value for the pre-vention and treatment of intestinal diseases.
