以壳聚糖为填充料制备壳聚糖/聚氨酯复合材料( CS/PU)作为吸附剂,用来吸附养殖水及工业废水中孔雀石绿( MG) .通过对CS/PU的结构表征和再生能力的研究,结果表明:CS/PU的表观密度为68.1 kg· m-3 ,压缩强度为0.879 kPa,开孔率为94.44%,比表面积为0.65 m2 · g-1 ,热重分析( TGA)结果显示,CS/PU在高温下较稳定;利用60%的乙醇溶液对吸附MG的CS/PU进行脱附,再生次数可达5次以上.

Chitosan/polyurethane composite (CS/PU) based on chitosan was prepared, which was used to ad-sorb malachite green ( MG) in water on aquaculture and industry as adsorbent .It was studied by characterization and recycling.The results showed that the apparent density was 68.1 kg m-3 , compressive strength was 0.879kpa, porosity was 94.44%, specific surface was 0.5 m2 g-1 .It was stable under high temperature according TGA re-sult.CS/PU after adsorption MG can be desorpted by ethanol solution with 60%concentration and pH 9.It can be recycled by above 5 times.
