Cost management is an important subject of the modern enterprise management.Making cost con-trol well is an important approach to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper introduces the target profits method into the cost management of the modern enterprise, and proposes some ideas and methods about how to effectively utilize target profits method in the cost management of the modern enterprise.
