对盐藻油、小球藻油和螺旋藻油3种微藻油及其生物柴油进行氧化稳定性研究.结果表明,3种微藻油的过氧化值和酸价随着加热温度和时间的增加而增加,随着加热时间延长,盐藻生物柴油的过氧化值逐渐增加,酸价在前4d略有增加,黏度呈逐渐上升的趋势;抗氧化剂对盐藻油的氧化作用有一定的抑制作用,脂肪酸甲酯分析结果表明,110 ℃加热过程中,盐藻生物柴油的亚麻酸甲酯含量逐渐降低,其它脂肪酸甲酯含量变化较小.
對鹽藻油、小毬藻油和螺鏇藻油3種微藻油及其生物柴油進行氧化穩定性研究.結果錶明,3種微藻油的過氧化值和痠價隨著加熱溫度和時間的增加而增加,隨著加熱時間延長,鹽藻生物柴油的過氧化值逐漸增加,痠價在前4d略有增加,黏度呈逐漸上升的趨勢;抗氧化劑對鹽藻油的氧化作用有一定的抑製作用,脂肪痠甲酯分析結果錶明,110 ℃加熱過程中,鹽藻生物柴油的亞痳痠甲酯含量逐漸降低,其它脂肪痠甲酯含量變化較小.
대염조유、소구조유화라선조유3충미조유급기생물시유진행양화은정성연구.결과표명,3충미조유적과양화치화산개수착가열온도화시간적증가이증가,수착가열시간연장,염조생물시유적과양화치축점증가,산개재전4d략유증가,점도정축점상승적추세;항양화제대염조유적양화작용유일정적억제작용,지방산갑지분석결과표명,110 ℃가열과정중,염조생물시유적아마산갑지함량축점강저,기타지방산갑지함량변화교소.
Oxidation stabilities of oil and its biodiesel of D.Salina, Chlorella, and Spirulina were investiga-ted respectively.The results showed that the peroxide value and acid value increased with the increasing of heat-ing temperature, with the heating temperature prolonged, peroxide value of D.Salina biodiesel increased gradu-ally, acid value increased slightly in the first 4 days, and viscosity increased slowly; and anti-oxidants had some inhibiting effects on oxidation of D.Salina oil, the analysis of fatty acid methyl ester showed that linolenic acid methyl ester content of D.Salina biodiesel decreased during heating process at 110℃, and there were small changes of the content of other acid methyl esters.
