目的：研究参一胶囊联合射波刀(CyberKnife)立体精确放疗技术治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法82例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组(38例)和观察组(44例)，对照组行单纯射波刀放疗，观察组行参一胶囊联合射波刀治疗，比较治疗3个月后两组患者影像学指标、卡氏评分、中医证候的改善等情况。结果治疗后，对照组肿瘤局部控制有效率55.3%，观察组为68.2%，两组客观疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组卡氏评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参一胶囊联合射波刀治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌可明显提高肿瘤抑制率和患者生活质量，值得临床推广。
목적：연구삼일효낭연합사파도(CyberKnife)입체정학방료기술치료국부만기비소세포폐암환자적림상료효。방법82례국부만기비소세포폐암환자수궤분위대조조(38례)화관찰조(44례)，대조조행단순사파도방료，관찰조행삼일효낭연합사파도치료，비교치료3개월후량조환자영상학지표、잡씨평분、중의증후적개선등정황。결과치료후，대조조종류국부공제유효솔55.3%，관찰조위68.2%，량조객관료효비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조잡씨평분우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론삼일효낭연합사파도치료국부만기비소세포폐암가명현제고종류억제솔화환자생활질량，치득림상추엄。
Objective To research clinical effect by Shenyi capsule combined with CyberKnife in stereo precise radiotherapy for treating local advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 82 patients with local advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group (38 cases) and observation group (44 cases). The control group received CyberKnife for treatment alone, and the observation group received Shenyi capsule combined with CyberKnife for treatment. Imaging indicators, Karnofsky performance status, and improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were compared between the two groups after 3 months of treatment. Results After treatment, The local control effective rate of tumor was 55.3% in the control group, and was 68.2% in the observation group. The difference of objective curative effect between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had better Karnofsky performance status than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Shenyi capsule and CyberKnife can remarkably improve tumor control rate and life quality in local advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients. This method is worth clinical promotion.
