目的：探讨鼻内窥镜微创手术治疗老年人慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果。方法对59例老年慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者实施鼻内窥镜微创手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经1.0~2.5年随防，治愈45例(76.27%)，好转10例(16.95%)，总有效率为93.22%，无严重手术并发症。结论老年人慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉施行鼻内窥镜微创手术是行之有效的治疗方法，对各型患者的症状都有不同程度的改善，充分的术前准备和有效的术后处理是提高手术疗效的保证。

목적：탐토비내규경미창수술치료노년인만성비두염비식육적림상효과。방법대59례노년만성비두염비식육환자실시비내규경미창수술적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과경1.0~2.5년수방，치유45례(76.27%)，호전10례(16.95%)，총유효솔위93.22%，무엄중수술병발증。결론노년인만성비두염비식육시행비내규경미창수술시행지유효적치료방법，대각형환자적증상도유불동정도적개선，충분적술전준비화유효적술후처리시제고수술료효적보증。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of senile chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyp. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 59 senile chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyp patients, who received nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery. Results Follow-up lasting for 1.0~2.5 years showed 45 cured cases (76.27%) and 10 improved cases (16.95%). Their total effective rate was 93.22%, without any severe complications. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery is an effective method in treating senile chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyp, and this method can provide various improvements for patients with difference symptoms. Fully preoperative preparation and effectively postoperative management are essential for improving curative effect by surgery.
