目的：探讨男性不育患者解脲支原体(UU)感染与正常形态精子百分率的关系。方法369例 UU 感染的男性不育患者，随机分为 UU 阳性组54例和 UU 阴性组315例，检测精子形态，比较两组差异。结果 UU 阳性组的正常形态精子百分率明显低于 UU 阴性组(P<0.05)。结论 UU 感染对正常形态精子百分率有影响。

목적：탐토남성불육환자해뇨지원체(UU)감염여정상형태정자백분솔적관계。방법369례 UU 감염적남성불육환자，수궤분위 UU 양성조54례화 UU 음성조315례，검측정자형태，비교량조차이。결과 UU 양성조적정상형태정자백분솔명현저우 UU 음성조(P<0.05)。결론 UU 감염대정상형태정자백분솔유영향。
Objective To investigate relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection and percentage of sperm with normal morphology in male infertility patients. Methods A total of 369 male infertility patients with UU infection were randomly divided into positive UU group with 54 cases and negative UU group with 315 cases. Sperm morphology was detected for comparison of difference between the two groups. Results The positive UU group had obviously lower percentage of sperm with normal morphology than the negative UU group (P<0.05). Conclusion UU infection has influence on percentage of sperm with normal morphology.
