针对传统模拟测试方法在电液伺服系统性能测试方面的局限性,为全面、准确测试某型装备电液伺服系统的技术性能,科学评估装备维修后到的技术指标,需采用高新技术以达到高效、便捷的测试目的。通过应用当前测试领域先进的虚拟仪器技术,以计算机数据采集和处理系统为开发平台,在LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发环境下,构建装备电液伺服设备性能虚拟测试系统,从8个方面测试设备的各项性能指标。经过实践验证,该测试系统具有测试精度高、速度快、性价比高、测试的重复性和可靠性高等优点,能有效的弥补传统分离仪表模拟测试方法的不足。
針對傳統模擬測試方法在電液伺服繫統性能測試方麵的跼限性,為全麵、準確測試某型裝備電液伺服繫統的技術性能,科學評估裝備維脩後到的技術指標,需採用高新技術以達到高效、便捷的測試目的。通過應用噹前測試領域先進的虛擬儀器技術,以計算機數據採集和處理繫統為開髮平檯,在LabVIEW虛擬儀器開髮環境下,構建裝備電液伺服設備性能虛擬測試繫統,從8箇方麵測試設備的各項性能指標。經過實踐驗證,該測試繫統具有測試精度高、速度快、性價比高、測試的重複性和可靠性高等優點,能有效的瀰補傳統分離儀錶模擬測試方法的不足。

Aiming at the limitation of traditional simulation testing method on the characteristic of electro-hydraulic servo system testing, as a comprehensive technical performance and accurate testing of a certain type of equipment of electro-hydraulic servo system, the scientific evaluation of technical indicators of equipment maintenance , need to try to objective measurement of efficient and convenient use of high technology.Through the application of the advanced virtual instrument technology test, with the computer data acquisition and processing system as the development platform, the LabVIEW virtual instrument development environment, construction equipment characteristic of electro-hydraulic servo device of virtual testing system, from the performance indexes of the 8 aspects of test equipment.After practice verification, this testing system has high accuracy, fast speed, high performance price ratio, test repeatability and high reliability, can effectively make up for the lack of simulation testing method for traditional separation instrument.
