思想政治教育在高职教育中占有重要地位，能够约束学生行为，并帮助学生树立正确的世界观、价值观，引导学生走上正确的发展道路。随着社会和科技的不断进步，高职教育理念和模式正面临深刻的变革。与此同时，高职思政教育亦将呈现出新的发展趋势：以就业为导向、以新媒体教学为方法、注重培养学生个性、与企业文化对接、体现翻转课堂优势等。因此，高职思政教育应针对这些发展趋势及时采取有效地对策，以此适应高职教育的发展。
思想政治教育在高職教育中佔有重要地位，能夠約束學生行為，併幫助學生樹立正確的世界觀、價值觀，引導學生走上正確的髮展道路。隨著社會和科技的不斷進步，高職教育理唸和模式正麵臨深刻的變革。與此同時，高職思政教育亦將呈現齣新的髮展趨勢：以就業為導嚮、以新媒體教學為方法、註重培養學生箇性、與企業文化對接、體現翻轉課堂優勢等。因此，高職思政教育應針對這些髮展趨勢及時採取有效地對策，以此適應高職教育的髮展。

Ideological and political education, which can restrict students behavior, help students build up correct world and value outlook and guide students on right developing path, plays an important role in vocational education. With the continuous advance of society and technology, the educational concept and model have been under reform. Meanwhile, there will be a new developing trend for vocational education, which pays more attention on cultivating students ’ personalities, cultural docking with enterprises and realizing the advantages of flipped classroom based on the guidance of employment orientation and the method of new media teaching. Therefore, the vocational education should adopt effective measures aiming at the developing trend in order to adapt to the development of vocational education.
