In order to improve the efficiency of avionics software system design and development, in the paper an new model ECOM(Embedded Component Metamodel) is proposed, which uses the component-based technology, and has been proved to apply to ARINC 653 standard. The ECOM not only expounds the interaction and the combinations among component model, but also defines the mapping rules from ECOM to the standard c++ code framework. According to the rules, a C++ code example has been given at the end of the paper.
