目的:探讨ICU机械通气患者经鼻腔涂抹莫匹罗星软膏在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)中的影响。方法56例ICU机械通气的危重患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各28例。对照组采用机械通气常规护理措施,实验组采用机械通气常规护理措施的基础上给予莫匹罗星软膏涂抹鼻腔。观察两组机械通气时间、住ICU时间及VAP的发生率和死亡率。结果实验组患者VAP发生率、死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU机械通气的危重患者常规护理同时给予莫匹罗星软膏涂抹鼻腔,能有效降低VAP发生率及死亡率,临床可推广应用。

목적:탐토ICU궤계통기환자경비강도말막필라성연고재예방호흡궤상관성폐염(VAP)중적영향。방법56례ICU궤계통기적위중환자,수궤분위대조조화실험조,각28례。대조조채용궤계통기상규호리조시,실험조채용궤계통기상규호리조시적기출상급여막필라성연고도말비강。관찰량조궤계통기시간、주ICU시간급VAP적발생솔화사망솔。결과실험조환자VAP발생솔、사망솔저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론ICU궤계통기적위중환자상규호리동시급여막필라성연고도말비강,능유효강저VAP발생솔급사망솔,림상가추엄응용。
Objective To investigate influence of mupirocin ointment in nasal cavity on prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in ICU mechanical ventilation patients.Methods A total of 56 critical patients in ICU receiving mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing measures in mechanical ventilation, and the experimental group received additional mupirocin ointment in nasal cavity. Mechanical ventilation time, ICU stay time, incidence of VAP, and mortality rate were observed in the two groups.Results The experimental group had much lower incidence of VAP and mortality rate than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of mupirocin ointment in nasal cavity for critical mechanical ventilation patients in ICU can effectively reduce incidence of VAP and mortality rate. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
