University graduates are valuable talent resources for social and national development, are important impetus to push both reform and opening-up and modernization construction and are high-quality talents to support socialism with Chinese characteristics. The quality of employment not only reflects the concept for school-running, the teaching quality and the overall strength but also is one of important factors for social stable development. Therefore, it is a valuable subject under discussion to push graduates employment based on “Five-one” Work———following a strong faith, drawing up a set of scientific talent training plan, maturing steady mentality of employment, training ability to judge employment prospects and cultivating a surpassing specialty skill.
