高素质的师资队伍是高职院校办学的中坚力量和人才保障。针对当前高职院校师资队伍基本特征和内涵的转变，需要从建设理念、岗位设计规划、师资培训、营造软硬件环境等方面进行优化，促进高校师资队伍内涵式发展，最终打造一支符合现代化教育改革要求的应用型高校师资队伍。
高素質的師資隊伍是高職院校辦學的中堅力量和人纔保障。針對噹前高職院校師資隊伍基本特徵和內涵的轉變，需要從建設理唸、崗位設計規劃、師資培訓、營造軟硬件環境等方麵進行優化，促進高校師資隊伍內涵式髮展，最終打造一支符閤現代化教育改革要求的應用型高校師資隊伍。

A teaching staff with high quality serves as the backbone and personnel protection in vocational colleges. This paper discusses the characteristic and the connotation transform of teaching staff in vocational colleges. In order to promote the connotation development and construct an applied teaching staff to meet the requirement of modern education reform, optimizing should be carried out in several aspects like construction idea, the post design plan, training of staff, the building of the software and hardware and so on.
