21世纪高校与企业之间的产学研合作将成为科技创新的主要途径，对科技成果的转化和经济发展都具有重要的促进作用。在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上，从政府、市场、中介机构、合作意愿、利益分配、风险投资方面，探讨产学研合作满意度的影响因素，据此提出研究假设，结合结构方程建立了影响因素的理论模型，并对模型进行有效性验证，以此推断这些因素对校企产学研合作的影响程度，对推动产学研合作顺利、有效开展方面具有一定的参考意义。

In 21st century, the industry- teaching-research combination between university and enterprise will be the main path of science and technology innovation, pushing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and economic development. Based on the reference of research achievements at home and abroad, the paper discusses the influencing factors of satisfaction degree from aspects of government, market, intermediate agency, willingness to cooperate, profit distribution and risk investment, puts forward research hypothesis. Builds up theoretical model for influencing factors according to structural equation model and makes effective verification of the model to judge the influence degree of the factors in order to make reference of push cooperation.
