在计算共射复合管放大电路静态电流基础上,得到相应的高频小信号简化等效电路,交流分析下的源电压增益、幅频特性曲线及截止频率,结果与MATLAB相一致。采用分析电容电路的理想化处理方法,仿真和计算了不同结电容所在回路的时间常数。结果表明,尽管T1管集电结电容数值很小,但受两级放大高密勒效应的影响,所在回路等效电阻很大,造成小电容条件下时间常数仍较其它大,表现为截止频率对其变化极为敏感,影响着截止频率。这些方法为分析各种放大电路的频率响应提供了一些借鉴。

Based on the result of static current of CE Darlington tubes amplifier circuit,obtained a high-frequency small-signal simplified equivalent circuit,as well as the voltage gain,amplitude frequency response,and cutoff frequency,which are in agreement with the results obtained by MATLAB.Adopting the ideal method of analyzing capacitive circuit,the time constant of the loops,where the different junction capacitance in,was simulated and calculated.The results show that although theT1 tube collector junction shows little capacity,due to the influence of two-stage amplifier high-miller effect,the equivalent resistance of the loop is big.This leads to bigger time constant under small capacity,which behaves that the cutoff frequency is very sensitive to it,and further influence the cutoff frequency.Above method can provide some reference for analyzing frequency response of various kinds of amplifier.
