创新能力的培养是人才培养中的重要方面,而数学建模是最能体现创新能力的一项科技竞赛活动。为了研究数学建模对创新型人才培养的促进作用,以人才培养的相关理论为支撑,以数学建模竞赛实践为依托和主要载体,以提高人才培养质量为主线,依托专业基础、普及、选拔、提高、展示和拓展六大平台,建立了一个“六位一体”的创新型人才培养模式。该模式应用于专业人才培养实践,取得了较好的效果。
創新能力的培養是人纔培養中的重要方麵,而數學建模是最能體現創新能力的一項科技競賽活動。為瞭研究數學建模對創新型人纔培養的促進作用,以人纔培養的相關理論為支撐,以數學建模競賽實踐為依託和主要載體,以提高人纔培養質量為主線,依託專業基礎、普及、選拔、提高、展示和拓展六大平檯,建立瞭一箇“六位一體”的創新型人纔培養模式。該模式應用于專業人纔培養實踐,取得瞭較好的效果。

The cultivation of innovation ability is an important aspect in cultivating talents,and mathematical modeling is one of the best scientific and technological competitions which can reflects the innovation ability.In order to study the role of mathematical modeling for the cultivation innovative talents,relying on the six platformsuch as professional basis,popularization,selection,improve,display and expansion,established the six-in-oneinnovative talents training mode,which be supportedby talent cultivation theory. The mode based on mathematical modeling contest practice,and have targeted improving the quality of personnel training.It is applied to the professional personnel training practice,and achieved fruitful results.
