目的:探讨刺激排痰对老年慢性支气管炎合并肺部感染患者的临床效果.方法:选取我院自2013年9月至2014年9月间确诊为慢性支气管炎合并肺部感染的患者共计156例作为研究对象,根据随机原则将其分成两组,即对照组患者78例采用常规治疗护理措施,观察组患者78例在对照组基础上行刺激排痰护理,对比两组患者的生命体征情况、住院时间、治疗效果等.结果:观察组患者的生命体征改善情况、住院时间和治疗的总有效率等数据均明显优于对照组,两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:在治疗老年慢性支气管炎合并肺部感染患者时,在基础治疗的基础上复制刺激排痰护理操作能够显著提升治疗效果,缩短治疗的时间,因此非常值得临床上推广使用.

Objective: To discuss clinical effect of stimulated expectoration in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary infection. Methods: A total of 156 cases of patients diagnosed with chronic bronchitis and lung infection in our hospital during September 2013 to September 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group with 78 patients underwent conventional treatment and nursing and the observation group with 78 patients, based on the conventional treatment and nursing, receiving stimulated expectoration nursing treatment. Vital signs, length of stay, treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The vital signs parameters, length of stay and total efficiency of treatment of patients in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group and the differences were statisticaly significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary infection, on the basis of basic treatment, the stimulated expectoration can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the treatment time. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
