目的 研究老年高血压患者运用综合评估治疗的临床效果.方法 276例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组(134例)和对照组(142例).观察组患者进行老年综合评估, 同时依据所得结果实施科学干预措施;对照组患者进行药物治疗和常规生活指导.观察两组治疗后的血压变化情况.结果 两组患者经过治疗后偶侧舒张压和收缩压比较, 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 老年高血压患者进行综合评估能够促使治疗有效进行, 更好地促进患者恢复健康.

To research clinical effect by implement of comprehensive evaluation in treatment of senile hypertension.Methods A total of 276 patients with senile hypertension were randomly divided into observation group(134 cases) and control group(142 cases). The observation group received senile comprehensive evaluation, along with scientific intervention measures in accordance with evaluation results. The control group received drug therapy and conventional life guidance. Changes of blood pressure after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results The differences of casual diastolic and systolic pressure had statistical significance between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive evaluation for senile hypertension patients can accelerate effective treatment and improve rehabilitation.
